Building
Running Vantix Strategies full time as of this month — a firm of forward deployed engineers who embed with client teams and ship production AI systems (RAG pipelines, agents, and data platforms).
Right now that means Umbrage, a Bain & Company subsidiary, where I’m Director of AI Engineering, leading AI work across their client engagements.

In season right now: running, hiking & camping and lifting.
Building toward the Superior 100. 102.9 miles along the Superior Hiking Trail with about 18,400 feet of climbing, none of it in one piece. The course trades a thousand feet up and down for the better part of two days.
